Economics in Viticulture and WinemakingObjectives of the courseThe basic objective of this course is to introduce students to the main principles of economics of enterprise, which can be used as a foundation for Economics of Viticulture and Winemaking. The course is designed in such a way, that students find the economic principles and costs as main mode to develop their economical logic and to understand the entireness of the economic whole.
